1. Initiate Subscription

This feature allows members to effortlessly begin and subscribe to specific product packages offered by their organization.

2. Upgrade Subscription

Members have the flexibility to enhance their subscription plans by selecting a different category of subscription package provided by their organization.

3. Subscription Product Information

Clicking the eye icon with the label 'View' reveals comprehensive details about the subscribed product.

4. Initiate Payment for Subscription

Members can easily make payments for the products they have subscribed to using the 'Make Payment' option.

REPORTS

Reports within the Subscription Module

The Subscription Module within Akilaah provides a variety of reports to offer valuable insights into subscription-related activities. The following are some of the available reports:

Repayment History Report: Detailed history of repayments made by members aiding in tracking and reconciliation.

Subscription Package Details: When clicking the eye icon, an overview of product details and the chosen category of a specific member is displayed.

Printable Subscription Report: Subscription reports can be generated to display information on all, pending, approved, failed, due, and cancelled subscriptions.
