PRE-REQUISITE
To use the Member Management Module in Akilaah, make sure your organization chooses this module when setting up Akilaah during the onboarding process it's a crucial step to unlock and access the features of the Member Management Module
FUNCTIONALITIES
1. Add Member
Register individual members of the organisation by using the 'Add Member' feature. Provide necessary information, including personal details, contact information, and any other required data.
2. Bulk Upload
The Bulk Upload, also known as “Batch upload,” allows the Organization Administrator to efficiently upload multiple members simultaneously through a provided sample template.
3. Activate/Deactivate
The Activation or Deactivation feature empower the Organization Administrator to suspend or re-instate a specific member effortlessly. This can be achieved with a simple toggle button located under the “Status” section in both the Members-List and Member Profile.
4. Member Profile
The Member Profile allows the organization to access essential details about a specific member, such as their name, bank name, occupation, etc. To view this Information, simply click on the eye icon located in the Members-List. Organizations can modify certain member details that were first provided during registration, if the situation requires it. This can be done by accessing the notebook icon in the Members-List, or by clicking the eye icon and subsequently selecting the Edit option to make the necessary changes to member information.
5. Message Members
An Organisation has the capability to send messages to specific members from their member profiles. Simply click the rectangular block labelled “Message Member” to initiate communication with the member.
REPORTS
Reports within the Member Management Module
Generates a report of active members, suspended members and pending registrations. Member statement, customized reports. Bulk Upload History: Overview of all bulk upload operations, including batch numbers, dates, and statuses.
